(1) Except as otherwise stated in the agreement, the parties conducting arbitration shall pay the amount determined by the arbitrator in consultation with the parties present for the arbitration proceedings.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in the agreement, each party shall bear the expenses incurred in the mediation process in the proportion determined by the arbitrator, considering the relevant circumstances.
