If the dispute submitted to the arbitrator cannot be heard or if the position of the arbitrator is vacant for any reason, such arbitrator has received remuneration according to section 36, then the amount up to the period of the arbitrator's work shall be deducted and the remaining amount shall be returned after consultation with the parties. However, if an arbitrator is removed according to section 11, if he has received any remuneration before that, he will have to return the full amount of that remuneration.
