Section 4
<br> who can invoke letters of intent
According to this Act, if the Government of Nepal deems it appropriate to implement any project costing more than two million rupees, it may disclose the specified matters and publish a notice in public and call for letters of intent.
(2) A person who wants to submit a letter of intent in accordance with sub-section (1) shall disclose the following details and submit the letter of intent to the Government of Nepal within the time period mentioned in the notice published in accordance with the same sub-section:-
(a) Name and address of the person submitting the letter of intent,
(b) The financial and technical capacity of the person submitting the letter of intent to implement the project,
(c) Experience in construction and operation of infrastructure (d) Other details as specified.
