Rule 7
A letter of intent should be called

(1) After the document is prepared according to rule 6, the authority shall publish a notice in Nepali and English language in the national level daily newspaper for submission of letter of intent from interested investors after giving a deadline of at least twenty one days and such notice shall also be placed on the website of the ministry and the authority.
(2) In the notice to be published according to sub-rule (1), the following things should be disclosed:-
(a) Brief Description of the Project,
(b) Financial and technical capacity of the investor submitting the letter of intent (c) Name, address,
of the investor submitting the letter of intent (d) The office where the document related to the letter of intent can be purchased and the fee charged for the same,
(e) the manner, last date, time and place of sending the letter of intent,
(f) date, time and place of opening of letter of intent,
(g) Basis for selection of letters of intent,
(h) Estimated date of decision on letter of intent,
(i) Other necessary things deemed necessary by the Ministry.
(3) Investors who wish to submit a letter of intent within the period specified in the notice as per sub-rule (1) shall submit the letter of intent to the disclosure authority with the following details:-
(a) Name and address of investor,
(b) the financial and technical ability and experience of the investor to implement the project,
(c) Business Plan for Project Implementation,
(d) Management of finances required for project implementation,
(e) Other necessary details specified by the authority.
