(1) There will be a Letter of Intent and Proposal Evaluation Committee in the Ministry for evaluation and recommendation of the letter of intent and proposal:-
(a) Gazetted first class officer of the ministry appointed by the secretary of the ministry - Chairman b) Two experts related to the project appointed by the secretary of the ministry - members
(c) The head of the financial administration branch of the ministry and in his absence, the officer of the Comptroller General's office - member
(d) The law officer of the Ministry and if he is not himself, the officer appointed by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Arrangements - Member
(2) The officer-level employee of the ministry designated by the ministry will work as the secretary of the evaluation committee.
(3) If the evaluation committee deems it necessary, it may invite experts in the relevant field to participate as observers in the meeting of the evaluation committee.
(4) The evaluation committee meeting and other procedures shall be as determined by the said committee.
