Section 21
Conditions of Cancellation of Nomination Paper
The nomination paper of a candidate shall be canceled in the following cases:-
(a) If the candidate is not qualified according to the Constitution and this Act,
(b) In the absence of the consent of the candidate or in the absence of his signature or of his proposer and supporter or in the absence of a signature, (c) If the nomination paper is not registered within the prescribed time according to sub-section (2) of section 5,
(d) If the nomination paper is not filed as written in section 17, 18 and 19,
(e) If the bond as per section 62 is not kept,
(f) If it is not reached in other ways according to this Act.
