When submitting the nomination paper according to section 18 of the Ordinance, the following documents must be submitted along with the nomination paper: (a) Copy of the candidate's certificate of Nepali citizenship, (b) Last voter of any rural municipality or municipality according to the Voters' Roll Act, 2073 A slip containing the name in the list, (c) a receipt or voucher for depositing a bond as per section 62 of the ordinance, (d) a formal letter as per section 17 of the ordinance in the case of a party candidate, (e) as per clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the ordinance A certificate of Dalit community issued by the concerned rural municipality, municipality or an authorized body of the Government of Nepal for the candidate for the post, (f) A person with a disability who is candidate for the post as per Clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Ordinance is authorized by the Government of Nepal. A certified copy of the disability certificate issued by the agency and a certificate of the person belonging to the minority community issued by the concerned rural municipality, municipality or an authorized body of the Government of Nepal to prove that the person belongs to the minority community.
