Rule 34
Psychosocial Services
(1) The children's correctional home shall make arrangements to provide psychosocial services to the children on the following basis:-
(a) Reports submitted to the court by social workers or child psychologists,
(b) : Details of the offense committed by the child and the mental impact on him, the reason for committing the offence,
(c) a recommendation made by a social worker or child psychologist or a court regarding the improvement of the child,
(d) Coordination with parents or family members or guardians.
(2) When providing psychological or psychosocial services to children by social workers or child psychologists, the children's correctional home shall do so in such a way as to protect their right to privacy. (3) Children's correctional home should also mention the details of assessment, analysis and psychosocial condition done by social workers and child psychologists in the personal details of the children.
