(1) Customs duties, sales tax and all other types of duties shall be exempted from customs duty, sales tax and all other types of duties in accordance with the prevailing law on cash, goods, movable, immovable property, materials and tools purchased or imported from home or abroad by the fund from its own resources or received as a donation or aid to the fund from home or abroad. .  Addition by First Amendment.
