(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint a general manager and as many advisors and committees as necessary for the operation of the activities of each institute. Their appointment service conditions working period and remuneration will be fixed.
(2) The appointment and service conditions may be set so that employees of the institute must buy the shares of the institute compulsorily from the specified number of salary that they get every month. However, the shares will not be sold to employees appointed on temporary basis and appointed on contract service.
