(1) The officer designated by the controller shall maintain the required number of secondary standard scales (forks) from time to time.
(2) Scales (forks) according to sub-rule (1) should be checked by the officer mentioned in the same sub-rule at least once a year.
(3) The requirements of scales (forks) as per sub-rule (1) shall be as per schedule-3 (a).
