Rule 7
How to wear Mandana

(1) Mandan will be considered as the main symbol among the group of symbols of honor and no other symbols can be worn without this symbol.
(2) A person who has more than one honor may apply the mandans of such honors together. In this way, when wearing the mandans of more than one rank, they should be worn according to the order of rank.
(3) When mandans of more than one rank are worn together, the mandan of the higher rank should be worn above or to the right of the other mandans according to the order of rank.
(4) When the mandans of Nepalese and foreign country's honorary degrees are worn together, the mandan of Nepal's honorary degree should be placed above or to the right of the mandan of the foreign country's honorary degree. But when the head of a foreign country is on a state or official visit to Nepal and attends a formal ceremony, or when he is on an official visit to a foreign country or has to attend a formal ceremony of a foreign country, when the honors of Nepal and that foreign country are worn together, it will be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
(5) When attaching the certificates of honors received from foreign countries together, they should be attached according to the order of rank and date of receipt. If two or more types of honors of the same category have been received from a foreign country, the honors should be worn according to the order of honor determined by that country. However, after receiving an honorary degree from a foreign country, after receiving an honorary degree of the same category from another foreign country, if the country that first awarded the honor confers another honorary degree of the same category, regardless of the order of rank in such countries, such honorary degrees must be worn in the order of the date of receipt.
