(1) The Government of Nepal shall arrange for the treatment of persons with mental or psychosocial disabilities in a community hospital or health center chosen by them, any member of their family or guardian.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall provide necessary medicines and counseling services free of charge to persons with mental or psychosocial disabilities.
(3) The Government of Nepal will make arrangements to treat and rehabilitate persons with mental or psychosocial disabilities who have been neglected by their families, or arrange for family reunification.
