Rule 6
Fatawari of land remaining in Malpot Asul
(1) In accordance with section 14 of the Act, when the Land Registry office prepares the invoice of the land remaining unclaimed, the following details shall be prepared:-
(a) Name, Surname and Country of Owner of Land,
(b) Name, surname and nationality of the person who acquired the land, in case of fraud,
(c) Village where the land is located, development committee or municipality and ward number,
(d) Lot number, area and type of land,
(e) Incoming goods,
(f) Shipped cargo,
(g) Asul Hun ba“ki malpot, and
(h) Other amounts.
(1a) If a government office or a local body collects the property of any land, such government office or local body shall prepare a bill in accordance with sub-rule (1) and send it to the property office.
(2) In addition to posting the notification of Fatwari prepared in accordance with sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (1A) on the notice board, the district office, land reform office, district development committee, concerned village development committee or municipality and any two places in the district. It should also be published with a tag.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), when the land office publishes the notice, it shall be clearly published in the notice which village development committee or municipality land will be auctioned on which date.
(4) After the notice is published in accordance with sub-rules (2) and (3), it shall be deemed that notice has been given to the concerned landowner.
