(1) The Government of Nepal or the Provincial Government may appoint or designate a person who has at least a bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine to the post of meat inspector for the inspection of animals and meat.
(2) In addition to the duties, duties and rights written in this Act, other duties, duties and rights of the meat inspector shall be as prescribed.
