(1) Meat of animals other than those mentioned in clause (a) of section 2 shall not be sold.
(2) The meat of animals that have died due to disease or not due to disease may not be sold.
(3) Meat with skin cannot be sold. However, this section shall not be deemed to prevent the sale of meat of birds, pigs, boars or boars and the meat of such parts as are necessary to identify the breed of the animal or the head or feet of the animal including the skin.
