(1) When the meat inspector examines the meat of the animal and gives permission to sell the meat, the prescribed mark or mark shall be affixed on such meat in such a way that it is clearly visible.
(2) A meat seller shall not be allowed to sell meat that has not been stamped or marked as per sub-section (1).
