(1) When installing a new water supply, the consumer must install a meter. (2) As long as the office has a meter in stock, the office will charge the cost of the meter and connect the meter to the concerned consumer.
(3) If there is no meter in the balance of the office according to sub-rule (2), the consumer shall arrange a meter of the quality specified by the office and connect the meter to the water supply. Or if the consumer is not able to provide the meter, the consumer will have to install the meter as soon as the meter is available.
