(1) Regardless of the status of the proceedings of the case in the Labor Court under this Act, the Labor Court may allow such case to be settled, suspended or withdrawn based on the application made by the concerned party.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), no fine or fine or penalty shall be levied when the case is settled or suspended or withdrawn.
