Section 195
Impossibility of conciliation or conciliation
Despite anything written in section 193 or 194, a case related to public, government or community property, which the Government of Nepal has lost, cannot be reconciled or resolved through conciliation between the parties. However, there will be no hindrance to settlement in order to maintain public, government or community property.
