(1) In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Act, if a settlement is decided by the tribunal or the appellate tribunal, the relevant parties shall implement the settlement themselves.
(2) Due to non-implementation of the agreement by any party in accordance with sub-rule (1), in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 20 of the Act, if the tribunal or the appellate tribunal orders the debt recovery officer to execute the agreement.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the procedure for executing the agreement shall be the same as the procedure for executing the decision made by the tribunal or the appellate tribunal.
