Rule 42

SECURITY OF MISSILE DOCUMENTS

(1) It shall be the duty of the Shrestdar to safeguard the Missile documents in the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal.
(2) Without the order of the member of the tribunal or the officer hearing the appeal, any missile, document and Shresta, books in the tribunal or the appellate tribunal shall not be taken out and shown to any unauthorized person.
