(1) The local authority shall prepare a list of the persons deemed to receive compensation from the applications received within the period specified in the notification under section 9, and post a notice for the information of the concerned persons.

(2) A person who is not satisfied with the list posted in accordance with sub-section (1) may file a complaint with the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs within fifteen days from the date of issuance of such notice. If it is about a matter other than the enjoyment of rights, the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall usually close it within fifteen days.

However, if such a complaint is related to the enjoyment of rights or mine, without taking any action on it, the person who comes after the final decision of the court will be entitled according to this Act. The relevant person should be informed that the compensation will be given, mentioning the name of the office where the compensation is held. 3) The amount of the bond shall be accepted. After the expiry of that period, the amount of the compensation in which there is such a bond will not be taken and the amount will be deposited in the reserve fund.
