Section 64
Liability of principal employer

(1) When the main employer hires labor through a licensed labor supplier, he shall hire them on the basis of the contract with such supplier.
(2) The main employer shall enter into an agreement to provide wages and benefits in such a way that the early wages shall not be less than that specified in this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(3) The main employer should regularly get information about whether the labor supplier has provided regular wages and facilities to the workers employed through the labor supplier.
(4) If it is found that the labor supplier has not provided wages and facilities to the laborers while receiving information according to sub-section (3), the main employer shall immediately request the labor suppliers to provide such wages and facilities and the information thereof shall also be given to the department or office.
(5) Even when requested according to sub-section (4), if wages and other facilities are not provided to the workers, the information of the main employer shall be given to the department or office.
(6) If information is received in accordance with sub-section (5) or if information is received through any other means that the labor supplier has not provided wages and facilities to the workers, the department or office may make payment from the bond or bank guarantee held by such labor supplier at the time of obtaining the license.
(7) The main employer shall make arrangements and arrangements to be adopted at the workplace for occupational health and safety.
(8) After an agreement has been reached between the labor supplier and the main employer, if there is an increase in the wages or benefits to be provided to the workers in accordance with the prevailing law, the increased wages or benefits shall be paid by the principal employer.
(9) It is not allowed to supply labor from an establishment established by the main employer himself or by his manager or director or a family member on behalf of the employer.
(10) Other arrangements regarding the employer's liability shall be as prescribed.
