(1) The case must be disposed of within ninety days from the date of filing of reply or statement of the defendant, and from the date of expiry of the deadline for filing of reply or statement of defendant.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1) regarding the time for settlement of the case, if it is possible to settle the case before that time, it must be settled within three days from that date. However, the case should not be decided before the time limit or date set according to Section 8 and the time limit for submission of evidence on behalf of the absent defendant according to Section 9.
