Section 22
A lawsuit should be filed
(1) After the completion of the investigation related to money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities, the head of the department shall submit the documents and evidence to the relevant public prosecutor for a decision on whether or not to proceed with the case along with his opinion. If a decision is made by the relevant public prosecutor, the department will file a case before the court designated by the Nepal Government by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
