(1) After the committee completes the work of investigation and investigation, if it is found that there is enough evidence to prosecute the accused, it shall prepare a charge sheet disclosing the matters written in Rule 11 in the format as per schedule-2.
(2) The indictment prepared in accordance with sub-rule (1), the entire missile and the accused, if any, shall be submitted to the Military Special Court through Prad Viwak.
