When a case is pending in a court, if a party to the case dies without a decision, or is not present at the address even during the period of clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 225, or if the person is missing and the period or date specified by the court has passed, such death is not present at the address. Or his guardian or if he is not himself, the next of kin can make an application to the court to set a deadline or date within twenty-one days from the date of disappearance. (2) If during the examination of the application made under sub-section (1) it is found to be unreasonable, the court may extend the deadline or the date for processing such case.
