(1) The local district court shall have the authority to initiate and dispose of the case under this Act.
(2) At the time of disposal of the case, the district court shall confiscate the aircraft or substance or both related to the offense under clause b) or (e) of sub-section (2) of section 3 and the offense of disobeying the order of sub-section (1) of section 4. Government of Nepal will be able to issue such orders.
(3) Section 9A. The district court will adopt the working system according to the Special Courts Act, 2059 while proceeding and settling cases related to offenses under this Act.
(4) An appeal shall be taken to the High Court within thirty-five days against the decision made by the District Court in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2).
