Section 18
Hearing Officer:

(1) Proceedings and jurisdiction of cases relating to the offense of leakage of revenue under this Act shall be from the concerned High Court.
(2) Cases, reports, petitions pending in the relevant district court at the time this section commences shall be transferred to the relevant High Court.
