Rule 33
Hearing officer

(1) The authority to prosecute and dispose of cases relating to offenses under the Act and these regulations shall be vested in the custodian of the park within the park. If the assistant conservator is present and the ranger is not present, the right to prosecute and dispose of cases related to the following offenses shall be given to the assistant conservator if he/she is not present:-
