(1) The authority to prosecute and dispose of cases relating to offenses under the Act and these regulations shall be vested in the custodian of the park within the park. If the assistant conservator is present and the ranger is not present, the right to prosecute and dispose of cases related to the following offenses shall be given to the assistant conservator if he/she is not present:-

• If entering the park without taking an entry card in violation of rule 4,
• If any action is taken in violation of Clause (c), (e) or (f) of Rule 7 or in any way causing damage to forest produce valued up to five hundred rupees in violation of Clause (d) of the same rule,
• Rule In violation of Rule 8, if he commits a prohibited act within the religious area, in violation of Rule 12, if he fishes without permission, in violation of Rule 14, in violation of Rule 14, if he pastes or places any signs, notices, advertisements or posters, /li>
• If playing any kind of instrument in violation of rule 15,
• In violation of rule 16 If littering or throwing garbage,
• In violation of rule 18 In case of disobeying gestures or signals,

• In violation of Rule 19, if you enter the park, walk or drive a vehicle,
• in violation of Rule 20, if you leave the designated path and travel from another place, if you walk a domestic animal or drive a vehicle.
