Section 28
Investigation and scope of the case
: (1) The inspector will investigate the case related to the offense punishable under this Act and after the completion of such investigation, the case will be filed in the district court.
(2) When investigating and filing the case according to sub-section (1), the inspector will take the opinion of the public prosecutor.
