Section 103
Case study and scope
(1) If any person complains that someone has committed an offense mentioned in sections 91, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 and 100, or if the Board receives information regarding such an offense from any person, or if the Board is convinced that someone has committed such an offence, The board shall appoint an investigating officer to investigate the related case. (2) The investigating officer designated as per sub-section (1) shall investigate and file a case in the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of completion of the investigation in relation to such offences.
