: (1) The investigation of the offense under this Act will be done by at least the gazetted First Class Technical Assistant of the Quarantine Check Post and after the completion of such investigation, the case will be filed before the investigating officer.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when the case is filed before the officer who examines the case, the employee investigating the case may seek advice from the public prosecutor.
