Section 20

Investigation and scope of the case

(1) The meat inspector appointed by the Government of Nepal will investigate the offense under this Act and after the completion of the investigation, the case will be filed before the officer who hears the case.
(2) When filing a case before the investigating officer according to sub-section (1), the investigating officer may seek advice from the public prosecutor.
