If the Attorney General has given any special instructions in the case concerning the Government of Nepal, the public prosecutor under the same will follow the professional conduct and proceed in the case according to his opinion. No action will be taken against the public prosecutor or a case of defamation will be conducted based on the reason that the public prosecutor has argued in this way.
