Section 212
Throwing Missiles of Issue
(1) The court hearing the appeal shall send a written notice of the case to the concerned court within three days of the filing of the appeal.
(2) The relevant court shall send the missil to the court hearing the appeal within three days of receiving the letter in case of a missal request as per sub-section (1).
