In Section 5 of the Principal Act, - (1) Sub-section (1) the following restrictive phrase has been added: - "But if an application is made for the purpose of sub-section (3) of section 4, the day on which the application is made and the day on which the reason If it is not possible, the company shall be registered and given a certificate on the next day.
