Section 202
Raising pending cases
(1) If action is to be taken on a pending case according to section 201, any party to the case may file an application before the open court.
(2) If the application given in accordance with sub-section (1) is found to be appropriate, the court shall hear the pending case as requested.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if information is received that a case pending in another court has been decided, or if there is no reason to keep the case adjourned, the court shall immediately take action on the adjourned case.
(4) When the court adjourns the case, the party who is on the date should be given a break date.
(5) When the court adjourns the case, the parties who are on the date during the adjournment shall be given a period of seven days to take action on the case.
