Section 201

Among the cases filed and under consideration in different courts, if the case in one of the courts is not settled but the case in the other court cannot or should not be settled, if one of the parties to the case submits an application to show cause that the decision of one of the cases will have a material effect on the decision of the other case, or if the proceedings of the case are not heard. If it is necessary to adjourn any case in the series, the court may order Khru to adjourn such case.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if a case is ordered to be adjourned by the court, the information thereof shall be given immediately to the parties of the case and to the court where the other case is under consideration.
(3) If information is received in accordance with sub-section (2), the court in which such a case is pending shall send the information to the court in which the case is pending in accordance with sub-section (2) within thirty days after disposal of the case.
(4) After disposing of the case in accordance with sub-section (3), the court shall send the case to the court where the case is pending, stating that if the parties to the case are present on the date and to appear in the court where the case is pending within fifteen days.
(5) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section, if there is a difference of opinion between the courts regarding which of the pending cases in different courts should be kept pending, such matter shall be immediately reported to the court hearing the appeal of the concerned court.
(6) In the case of a report under sub-section (5), the court hearing the appeal shall issue an appropriate order on such matter within one month and the relevant court shall proceed with the case in accordance with such order.
(7) If the court hearing the appeal of the courts with different opinions regarding the adjournment of the case in accordance with sub-section (5) is different, it shall submit an immediate report to the Supreme Court on such matter.
(8) In the case of a report under sub-section (7), the Supreme Court shall make an appropriate order on such matter within three months and the relevant court shall proceed with the case in accordance with such order.
