3. Amendment to Section 6 of the original order

Instead of sub-section (5) of section 6 of the original order, the following sub-section (5) has been placed:- "(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, the most senior incumbent among the members present. A government officer or a police officer will preside over the meeting of the committee.
