In Section 16 of the Principal Act,- (1) for sub-section (1) the following sub-section (1) is substituted:-

“(1) Implementation of this Act And to perform the functions related to the administration and regulation of the company, the Government of Nepal shall appoint at least one official gazetted first class of the civil service as the registrar and shall arrange his office. 1a) The Government of Nepal may establish at least one provincial office of the office as per sub-section (1) in the province by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. The term of office shall be as prescribed.

(3) In place of the words “office” in sub-section (4), the words “office or provincial office or single point service center” have been placed.

(4) In sub-section (4) the following explanation is added:- “Explanation: For the purpose of this section, “one point service center” means a single point service center as provided in the existing laws relating to industrial business.”
