Instead of Section 22 of the original Act, the following Section 22 has been placed:- “22. Evidence :- (1) In the course of the investigation, traces, marks, marks, marks or other things that reveal the identity of the victim or the accused can be taken as evidence.
(2) Any item related to the case where the witness has appeared in court and identified himself can be taken as evidence.
