- After Sub-Section (2) of Section 24 of the Principal Act, the following Sub-Section (2A) is added:

- “(2A) To be known in the prospectus under Sub-Section (1) If it is proven that they have mentioned false things, the registrar can immediately stop the director from working as a director, who corrects the prospectus prepared by mentioning such false things and submits it to the office.
