Amendment to Article 33 of the original Act:
of Article 33 of the Original Act
(1) in clause (a) instead of the words "employees" the words "employees and similar civil service employees" have been placed.
(2) In place of the words "employees" in clause (b), the words "employees and similar civil service employees" are substituted.
(3) In clause (c), instead of the words "employees", the words "employees and similar civil service employees" are substituted.
