Section 21

Amendment to Section 33 of the Principal Act:

Subsection (5A) has been added after Sub-Section (5) of Section 33 of the Principal Act:- “(5A) The certificate given under Sub-Section (5) may be physical, immaterial (digital) or in any form. .”
