The following Section 47A is added after Section 47 of the Principal Act:- “47A. Transactions shall be deemed to have taken place within Nepal: (1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, if the share ownership of any person, company or organized organization in the shares of a company registered or established in Nepal changes in any way, such transaction shall be carried out in Nepal or anywhere outside Nepal. (2) The details of the change of share ownership as per sub-section (1) shall be provided to the office in accordance with section 47 for records.
