Sub-section (2A) has been added after Sub-Section (2) of Section 80 of the Principal Act:- “(2A) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-Section (2), a company having an annual turnover of up to twenty lakh rupees. Only the annual financial statement can be submitted in the prescribed format.”
