In Section 83 of the Principal Act,-

(1) for clause (c) the following clause

(c) is substituted:- "(c) Subject to amendment in the rules of the company," (2) instead of clause (h), the following clause (h) is placed:-

"(h) Private company in public company A subject to be converted,”
