Instead of Section 85 of the Principal Act, the following Section 85 is substituted:-

“85. To be submitted in electronic form:-

(1) Company Reports, details, records or other documents of any nature to be submitted to the office in accordance with this Act shall be uploaded and submitted electronically in the computer system. Identification) will be provided.
